REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to Friday 30 January 2017 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after 30 January 2017 will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact Workz4U Conference Management via email conferences@w4u.co.nz. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice, which appears as an attachment.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:

At the Conference
Your registration pack, with the programme, will be available for collection from the Workz4U Registration Desk. The registration desk will be open from:

     5.00pm to 6.30pm Wednesday 1 March 2017
     7.30am to 5.00pm Thursday 2 March 2017
     7.30am to 1.30pm Friday 3 March 2017

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by 30th January 2017 will be refunded, less $125.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation. (If faxing your registration, complete in black ink and retain a copy). All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars. Completed registration forms and payment can be faxed or posted to the Conference Managers.

Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft:
Please make payable to “Workz4U Ltd – IMSANZ17”.
All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS.

Credit Cards:
AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your statement.

Online Banking:
If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.

Onsite Registration

If you have not registered by 27 February 2017, you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from 5.00pm on Wednesday 1 March 2017. On-site delegates are not guaranteed Meeting documentation, a Conference satchel or any inclusive social function tickets.
